Launch a token
Measured from the first slot the mint exists.pump or Raydium LaunchLabA token launched here is attached to Sluce before anybody can buy it, so “held since launch” is something the chain can confirm rather than something we started noticing later.
Creator fees go to a vault named at creation. No instruction in the Raydium program can change that destination afterwards — not the project, not Sluce. The vault has to exist first, so make one if you have not: set up a vault.
On LaunchLab, Sluce is named on the pool itself, takes 1% of trades routed through this site, and burns 100% of the migration liquidity rather than keeping it. On pump there is no platform concept at all — Sluce is invisible on chain there and takes nothing. Neither lane takes anything from the launch itself.
Token metadata is published to Arweave before the mint is created, and the launch only proceeds once a gateway is serving it. The name and picture outlive this site — they are not hosted here.
Choose where it trades
Either way your vault receives every creator fee the pool earns, named at creation and changeable by nobody afterwards. That part is the same.
Point at a vault that already exists
Every fee this pool earns goes to one address, named when the pool is created. No instruction in the Raydium program can change it afterwards — not you, not us. So it has to exist first, and it has to be right.
Most projects use a Squads vault so no single key controls the money. If you do not have one, make it here — it is a normal Squads multisig with you as its only member, and you can add people to it afterwards.
Name the token
The name and symbol are written into the token itself and published to Arweave, so wallets can read them without depending on this site staying up. Arweave can take a while to index a new upload, so wallets may show the token unnamed at first — the data is permanent from the moment it is accepted.
A dev buy is available on the pump lane. On LaunchLab it is not wired up yet — the buy passes accounts its interface does not describe, and guessing them would fail after your token already existed.
Check it, then launch
You will sign twice: once to pay, once for the new mint. Before that, the transaction is simulated and the metadata is confirmed live — if either fails, nothing is created.
Afterwards: the token is not listed on the front page — it is measured and yours to administer, and listing is a separate step. And it cannot pay a reward for 12 hours, because at launch one wallet holds nearly everything and a reward computed then pays that wallet.
A first round cannot be published until the token has been measured for 12 hours, 25 holders have a score, and no single holder would take more than 30% of it. At launch one wallet holds nearly everything, and a reward computed then pays that wallet — accurately, and indistinguishably from a rug.
